We are looking for an ambitious self-starter for a part-time veterinary exam room assistant position. Applicants should be positive, energetic and very friendly. One year experience as a veterinary assistant is required. The ideal applicant will possess skills including but not limited to; strong computer skills, type at least 50 WPM, have the ability to multi-task and be able to provide exceptional customer service. Duties will include assisting the doctors in exam rooms..., medical transcribing, filling prescriptions, patient care, client education, answering phones and scheduling appointments. Hi! My name is Prince Eric but my friends call me Cheeto. I am only about 12 weeks old but I’m ready to settle down with a family. Some really nice people found me adventuring under a car and they brought me to Sierra View. I took a test and Dr.Conlan told me I do not have feline aids or leukemia! My nurse friends gave me a dewormer and my first set of vaccines. Then Dr.Conlan told me I still need to be neutered and get my second set of vaccines as soon as I am old enough. I don’t have much experience with children but I have a lot of dog friends and we get along great! I like other cats too, but the ones I have met aren’t interested in playing with me. Motor wanted to remind everyone to check their pet's medication and/or prescription food to make sure they have enough to get them through the holiday. Give us a call if you need a refill before the holiday. We will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 30th. Hi, my name is Dusty! I am VERY handsome and my mom really loves me but she says I deserve a more active family. She told Dr.Scheidt that she is too old for my responsibilities and that she struggles to care for herself some days. I am an indoor cat so I try to help around the house but I move way too fast for my mom. She can’t keep up with me! Sometimes I like to jump out from under her chair and she screams every time! I really like that but she says it’s not funny. I don’t... have a lot of experience with children or other pets but I am very friendly and playful. My mom said it is important to tell you that I am about 3 years old and neutered. My vaccines were updated in June and I am also currently on Bravecto to protect me from fleas and ticks. I am hoping to meet a nice family that loves to snuggle and play. I asked for the car keys and told my mom I can make my own friends but she decided to have my friends at Sierra View help instead. Update: Blue has been saved! He’s headed down the hill and appears in good condition Thank you Marek! Update: several agencies are working to check in on Blue... and bring him to safety and a fresno vet is on standby. Will continue to update as I know more. Thank you for all the help and shares guys PLEASE SHARE! There is an African Blue parrot left at Sullys Bar (the big tent building) at China Peak. Blues owner is out of state and has been unable to get ahold of anyone that might be able to help.
