Be sure to clean out your exhaust fans at least once a year!!! This customer was VERY lucky that the fire melted the insulation on her wire causing it to short on the metal of the exhaust fan causing the breaker to trip or the fire would have been MUCH larger!

A lighting upgrade that will pay for itself? Yep! Brought this late 90s home into this century with new Air tight cone trims (which keep the cooled or heated air in your home from escaping through the recessed lights and into your attic) and installed dimmable LED lamps bringing their power consumption down from 455 watts in just the kitchen to 63 watts. And a roughly 20% increase in lighting output.

That's not a fan...THIS IS A FAN! Very cool 10' fan we installed for one of our favorite customers!
