Since it’s inception, Mar Y Lana has been striving to source organic cotton. But I didn’t just want any cotton. I didn’t want cotton shipped half way around the world or cotton that was grown using harsh chemicals. So finally after 5 years of ups and downs, thinking I had found something ethical and sustainable, and being let down because of one reason or another, I have found Colombian grown organic cotton! This cotton is naturally dyed using plants and woven by a female col...lective of incredibility resourceful women. I just got my first samples this past weekend and my heart races with excitement each time I glance and the rack of samples in my living room!
