We're all eagerly waiting for winter to arrive to Mt. Shasta. It looks like it will start to show up later this week with storms stacked to the horizon. A much needed change coming our way!

The Mt. Shasta climbing season is winding down. We are extremely grateful to be able to offer trips this year and had some amazing highlights. Mt. Shasta is a beacon of hope who's beauty knows no boundaries. Thank you all for your support!

We are back to leading climbs on Mt. Shasta! We are thrilled to be able to do what we love and to give the opportunity of adventure to our guests.

Today would have been the start of our 2020 Guide Training. For the first time in our company's history we will not gather with our staff and family celebrating this mountain and our deep relationships. We miss you all and can't wait to welcome you back to Mt. Shasta.

We miss you dear friends and lovers of Mt. Shasta! We remain hopeful that we will get through this to emerge stronger, wiser, and more empathetic towards our fellow humans. To our valued current and future guests during the COVID-19 pandemic We at Shasta Mountain Guides want to let you know that we are adhering to the recommendations of the CDC and the State of California. Your safety as our clients remains our top priority. As such, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all guide services, classes, and tours through April. We are closely monitoring the situation and will post timely updates. We are hopeful that through responsible acti...ons the situation will improve, but we are prepared to suspend services until it is reasonable to resume. As always, we are available to answer your questions via phone and email, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
