The pathway that brings the soul into perfect remembrance requires the cultivation of the keys to the Kingdom: Desire, Intention, Allowance, Surrender Intention is the only place that you can begin to correctly use the Will that was originally your Creator's gift to you. For the correct use of will, or clear intention, is to bring forth the good, the holy, and the beautiful. Any mind that reflects upon its experience and has come to see that, often, fear has been in the driv...er's seat more than Love, will rightfully use intention to ask for help in gaining correction of the mind, that itself that mind, that soul might again come into alignment with the Will of God. Coming into alignment with the Will of God is not an act of subservience, although it feels as such to the insane ego. But to the pure of Heart, to the meek who shall inherit the Earth, to those who recognize their insanity and want a transformation to perfect sanity, aligning with the Will of God through clear intention is to seek for that which is one's greatest good. It is not a loss at all. It is perfect remembrance Understand, then, that intention, when it is focused wholly on wanting only God, can never take anything from you that you truly want. And it will come to replace for you that which you've always wanted, have known in the ancient past, and are calling back to you now. Lesson 26 ~ The Way of Mastery

Once I asked you to consider that you do not know what a single thing is, or is for. I did this because you believed that you were a separate self, and that your judgements and perceptions and definitions of things had a reality outside of your mind. And therefore, I asked of you, Look around in perfect humility, for you do not know what a single thing is, or is for. For if you look upon a brother or sister and see them as separate from yourself, something or someone from w...hich something can be acquired for you to gain in your journey, you have truly not known what your brother or sister is for. This is the only thing that your brother or sister can be for: to be that which God looks upon and sees only Himself. A brother or sister is in the field of awareness you have learned to call your own for one reason: to be loved, to be celebrated, to be joined with to create and extend the good, the holy and the beautiful. Because I See the Face of Christ, I Consecrate All Things!

You are in the most important journey that anyone can ever take a journey without distance to a goal that has never changed, even into a place that is unchangeable forever. You have undertaken the journey from illusion to Reality, from fear to Love, from false power through manipulation, through image, through conforming to the world, to true power, resting in the Mind of Christ, being a conduit for that which awakens the Sonship. Every function, then, is equal to those t...hat have chosen such discipleship. Understand, then, that wherever you are right now you are in the perfect place at the perfect moment. Therefore, indeed, bless the moment as you find it, for it serves two purposes. One, it is that perfect context for your awakening from illusion. And at the very same moment, it is offering you the opportunity to cultivate your skill at being a conduit for the Voice for Love. Two sides of one coin, existing fully in the presence of each of your ordinary moments. Lesson 23 ~ The Way of Mastery

Reality is One and unshakable, and only Love is Real. Yet the dream should never be denied. For denial creates separation. Only embracing can allow healing, the healing that Love brings When any mind within the Sonship chooses to awaken and heal its own illusions, Love begins to inform that mind more, and more, and more, so that its expressions serve the Voice for Love. And the Voice for Love has only one purpose: to be extended into the dream, into the illusion, to nudge t...he aspects of the Sonship yet sleeping, that the entirety of the Sonship can be returned, or reawakened, to the Reality of Itself as the creative conduit through which God extends Himself The Awakened Mind, then, has no idea, one day to the next, what Love will ask it to do, how Love is to be expressed through it. The Awakened Mind knows that it is not the maker or the doer, and merely asks in every moment: What would you have me do? Lesson 23 ~ The Way of Mastery

You who would, in truth, come to know Christ look not outside yourself, for the Kingdom is within. The mind is your domain and the mind is your self. It has certain components: an emotional component or expression, an egoic component or expression. The ego, in itself, isn't right, wrong, good, bad; it simply is. The mistake the knot in the rope, the blip on the screen is merely the mistaken identification of your self with the ego. That is what creates a tension, a tw...isting of the rope, that ends up distorting everything. You end up being in judgment of yourself because you had a sexual thought yesterday Heaven forbid! You judge yourself because you feel a little angry. You judge yourself because a thought goes through the mind, What's the point in being on the planet? As long as you are identifying with those thoughts, you're in trouble. But when you see them as just an innocent flow, a temporary movement of energy through a vast domain called the mind, then you know that you are free. And you begin to taste the spaciousness and the silence that always is around the edges of everything that arises in the mind. You begin to become identified with that spaciousness, with that peace. And there, wisdom returns gently. You begin, again, to remember that you were created to create. Creation is extension, not projection. Extension is that which floods, or extends outward, the good, the holy, and the beautiful. Lesson 22 ~ The Way of Mastery

A cornerstone of the universal curriculum must always be the cultivation of a deep self-honesty. In self-honesty, one decides to simply observe the mind itself, to simply observe the behavior that flows from the mind through the body, as it gestures itself out into the world The mind that is healed has learned to turn and embrace every subtle shadow within the mind. For Love, alone, embraces all things, trusts all things, allows all things and, thereby, transcends all thing...s, and need no longer live in fear that those things can run it The mind which is free and at peace is no longer conflicted within itself. The mind which is unconflicted abides in perfect vulnerability. It has learned to embrace and accept the Truth about the phenomena of the mind, itself, in this dream world. It is willing to begin to be honest and to cultivate deeper honesty with everyone around them. No longer is there pretense. No longer is there manipulation or control A mind no longer committed to hiding becomes transparent to itself, and through it the Power of Christ can begin to move with certainty, with knowledge, with grace, and with compassion. Allowance, beloved friends, is a process of letting go, is a process of trusting. It is a process of saying: You know, I wonder what it would be like to just let things be as they are to notice them and let them pass by? Allowance is like the opening of the palms of the hands. Instead of holding on so tightly, you simply let go. What do you let go of? The habit of the need to be right. The habit of the need to perceive that the world is a fearful place. The habit of per...ceiving that you are in lack. The habit of perceiving that Christ must be far from you. Anything that is unlike the Kingdom of Heaven is a habit well worth releasing by allowing it to be dissolved from your mind In Allowance, you cultivate the very quality of forgiveness. And without forgiveness, it is impossible to awaken into the realization of the Truth that is true always. Why? Because judgment is the opposite of the Kingdom. And where forgiveness is withheld, you are literally making a choice to be outside the Kingdom. Lesson 21 ~ The Way of Mastery

Denial can never purify the mind. For you cannot transcend what you refuse to embrace. For in embracing does Love return to the place where a shadow once dwelt. And Love alone heals all things Become willing to be one who cultivates the ability to allow all things. For the mind that is free can do this. The mind that is imprisoned cannot. For the mind that is imprisoned is so because it insists that what it perceives should become different in itself, but that the perceiver ...need not change. And that is the very essence of imprisonment. One who cultivates the ability to allow, then, is cultivating, in truth, the very act of forgiveness. It is releasing the world from its insistence that its perceptions be held as right. It is releasing from itself the need to hold on to its perceptions. Therefore, allow all things. Trust all things. And thereby, embrace and transcend all things. Lesson 21 ~ The Way of Mastery

Be willing to embrace and accept the results of what you've been desiring. When you dip your spoon into your ice cream, enjoy it, embrace it as the effects of your desire. And when you buy an automobile that breaks down, train yourself to embrace it and enjoy it, just like the ice cream. Why? For a very simple reason. If the egoic mind judges’ things as right or wrong, if you judge the ice cream as good, but the breaking down of the car as bad, what mind holds power ove...r you? Are you free in that moment? My car just broke down. Oh, but there's such a beautiful sunset! I think I might as well just sit here and let the stars come out. After all, I really wasn't going anywhere anyway. Mind is everything. And if you truly desire more than believing in Christ, you must assume the responsibility for transforming the mind by using your very ordinary moments in which to see differently. And as you reshape how you use the mind, in every moment, you will come to taste profound freedom a freedom that will carry you instantly far beyond the things of space and time. They will seem to be arising within you and passing away within you. Universes, arising and passing away, within the Holy Mind of Christ. Lesson 20 ~ The Way of Mastery
