Sonata Modern Flats (207 Seaside Way) in Long Beach, CA hit a huge schedule milestone today with the podium deck concrete top-out. Despite the Long Beach Grand Prix throwing a wrench into the schedule, the portion of work was delivered on time thanks to all our trade partners and dedicated team!

The Freehand Hotel was awarded the Gold Award for the Top Redevelopment Project of the Year at the Los Angeles Business Journal's Commercial Real Estate Awards last night! Congratulations to the entire project team that made achieving this award possible.
