Your guests will thank you later dEATS Combine & mix 1 pound of chicken + 1 egg + 2 tbs of butter (I used coconut butter) + 3/4 cup of @watuseefoods chickpea breadcrumbs + 2 chopped celery stalks + 1/2 onion chopped + 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce in a bowl and form into small balls. B...ake on 400 for about 20-25 minutes. Take out, let cool, and coat the balls with extra wing sauce if you like it spicy! A little about our background! I am John, the warehouse manager and one of the company owners. Our business was founded over 20 years ago by my father, when he began aging blue cheese in a gold mine in Grass Valley, CA. I am also a firefighter and my wife is a registered nurse. We have two kiddos, and a serious passion for delicious blue cheese!
