As part of Pedestrian Safety Month, sf.citi member Waymo became a sponsor of the Vision Zero Network, a collaborative campaign to eliminate traffic fatalities and increase safe, healthy, and equitable mobility. Waymo is the first ride-hailing and autonomous vehicle company to sponsor the Vision Zero Network. Waymo also published two papers about the processes Waymo uses to drive fully autonomously on public roads and validate the safety of its operations. During a time of record food insecurity, sf.citi member Instacart is making its grocery delivery services more accessible to lower-income customers by launching EBT SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) on its platform in partnership with ALDI. Instacart’s EBT SNAP functionality with ALDI will roll out in Georgia, quickly followed by California, Florida, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.

sf.citi member Dropbox joins other #tech companies in continuing #remotework even after the #COVID19 pandemic ends. "For employees who need to meet or work together in person, the company is setting up Dropbox Studios in San Francisco, Seattle, Austin and Dublin when it’s safe to do so. The company extended its mandatory work-from-home policy through June 2021." Learn more via CNBC
