The Seaport Planning Advisory Committee (SPAC) will be holding its 4th meeting on the Seaport Plan virtually tomorrow, Thursday, October 29, at 9:30 am. The Seaport Plan is a policy document the Commission uses to guide port-related permitting decisions. The SPAC will be considering land use and policy options and topics for evaluation for the Seaport Plan update Alternatives Analysis.
