We are moving right along in Rancho Murieta. On shops C, the plaster is done and the scaffolding is down. On shops D the framing is almost complete and ready for the scaffold to go up!

Our project at the Murieta marketplace in Rancho Murieta is coming along nicely! On Shops C, the lathers are covering up the walls and the roofers are almost done with the single-ply roof. Over on Shops D our slab is poured and we are building and erecting the perimeter walls. Have a great weekend everyone!

We have completed the slab pour on our second building here in Rancho Murieta. So far the tenants in this building include Starbucks with more to come.

Happy to be working safely in Rancho Murieta! We had a productive week despite the rain. We'll be pouring the building footings next.

We're excited to be breaking ground on our latest project in Rancho Murieta! These will be two ground up, shell buildings in the new Raley's / Bel Aire shopping center. The second building will be across the drive aisle and starts up next week.

Today we finaled our latest project in Folsom California. This is the second of two buildings on this property for our client, the first building being completed seven years ago.
