Matcha Pancakes ! Now, this is a delicious recipe that I actually got from my sister @saboracafe33, and made some logical changes. The Pancake Flour is made only with oats, I added a pinch of quinoa for crispiness and a pinch of chia seeds because why not? Matcha powder, full pieces of apple and topped it with a bit of goat's butter. This are insanely good and guiltless. DM if you want the recipe.
