Self Love Yoga & Wellness 12.02.2021

Please join for a powerful 6-Week Journey where we explore the depths of our breath, learning various pranayama and new age styles of breathing to bring balance... and health to our physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual wellbeing and be able to help others do the same. The training is fun and transformative -we become a family and you develop a regular ritual to nurture your lungs, respiratory system and mental and emotional health. A continual series of events in 2020 has proven to us again and again the preciousness of our breath and the importance to maintain our respiratory health. I have taught Breathwork for years but there is no better time than now to learn this healing module. Extended payment plans and partial scholarships available to help those in need. Course involves learning various breathing techniques, journaling and writing for healing, and understanding mudras, plant medicines, crystals associated with breath along with the science, spirituality, mental benefits and emotional benefits of the breath. We meet Tuesdays 5:00-7:15 PM PST and Saturday’s 9-10 AM PST via zoom. Open to all: complete beginners, novice students and those looking to teach the breath to others.
