If you don’t pick up your food within the allotted time frame specified, we will no longer be held liable for your meals and your food will be disposed of if you do not contact us prior to 7:00pm. The pickup locations will not be housing your meals in a fridge, they will come in cooler bags with ice packs just like home delivery and need to be refrigerated by 10pm. The cooler bags will have a tag on the handle with your name on it. If you take the cooler home with you, please bring it back with the ice packs to the same location at any time during normal business hours. The location is only contracted to allow our customers to pick up their cooler bags. Please try not to disturb them in any way.
