Seeds of Awareness is Hiring an Administrative Assistant to focus on recruitment, hiring, development and executive support. This position is 15-hours-per-week at $25/hr. The primary role will be holding and developing hiring and recruitment practices and procedures at Seeds of Awareness with a keen eye toward outreach to BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ communities. The Administrative Assistant will also be asked to assist in development-related tasks, such as Salesforce data management and donor outreach/follow-up. Occasionally, they will be asked to assist the Interim Executive Director in the scheduling of large-scale meetings or events.
