Search for the Perfect Taco

I have to admit, when we stopped into the food court at the mall (malls are everything in the UAE) and spotted tacos (searching, always searching), I was skeptical. Let’s just say these chicken pastor (no pork, of course) scratched the itch. Stretchy tortillas, medium heat on the salsathey were tacos in Abu Dhabi! And essentially in the shadow of this Grand Mosque. And wow. What a stunning, reverent and holy place!
