#GivingTuesdayNow. Please help the San Diego Sports Medicine Foundation. Our services are needed now more than ever. With recent job losses in our community, thousands of San Diego youth find their families without proper medical coverage. Additionally, schools will face budget cuts that will affect their on-campus certified athletic trainers.
