Signings mean the transaction is close to completion. This can be the scariest time for Buyers, especially First Time Homebuyers. Here are a few tips to help make sure your buyers know exactly what is needed from them at closing. Helping your clients know what they should bring the day of closing, will make the day smoother for them, less stressful for everyone and will help us get to the finish line faster. Please let me know how I can help you get your clients across that finish line! Have a beautiful day!

Good Morning my friends! Have you ever had a client ask you "What is the best way to hold Title?" or maybe another variation of that same question. Below is a really great cheat sheet for different ways to hold Title on a property. This form will give you a quick rundown on each vesting and how it may apply to your situation. Please take a look and don't hestiate to reach out should you have any questions. **I am not an attorney and this should not be taken as legal advice, please contact a real estate attorney for legal guidence. (had to put that in). Feel free to share this if you know of anyone it could be useful for. HAPPY TUESDAY!

I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you for your patience during our office closure on Friday. We ask for your continued patience, with the rapidly changing coronavirus environment, many of our customers are increasing their expectations and are looking for guarantees of one sort or another from Escrow. While we take extreme pride in what we do, and are processing as fast as we can, we cannot realistically expedite every file. We ask that you temper your expectations and work with us to come up with timeframes that are real and achievable. Thank you for understanding.

If ANYONE is looking for a way to give back or help the least of our neighbors! Please see below! I am so proud of our Life Community Church Rooted groups who are taking Breakfast and Lunch to our homeless neighbors tomorrow! There is light in the darkness around us! The Gathering Inn’s continued service to the community during COVID-19 March 20, 2020... We are open and providing services to the community. As of today our facilities have no reported cases or symptoms of COVID-19. We are monitoring our guests and staff closely, practicing all CDC guidelines, and reporting to Placer County officials daily. We would like to thank everyone for the continued donations that we are receiving. With your help we are able to keep providing services to our communities most vulnerable in need. Every little bit helps!!! DONATIONS: At the moment we have adequate food donations, but we are finding it increasingly hard to find necessary paper and cleaning supplies. Please find below a list of our needs: Paper plates Paper/plastic bowls Paper/plastic cups Plastic knives, spoons, forks Toilet paper Paper towels Kleenex Hand sanitizer Clorox wipes Laundry detergent Bleach Other miscellaneous cleaning supplies The safety of our guests, staff, and our community has always been paramount to us here at The Gathering Inn. North American Title takes the health and safety of our customers, associates, and communities very seriously. We have been and will continue to be vigilant in taking the appropriate measures in support of containment efforts regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). Beginning Friday March 20th, the Roseville Branch (MY Branch) of North American Title will be closed for deep cleaning. The branch will re-open on an appointment-only basis on March 23rd. We apologize for the inconveniences this will cause.

Our classification as an essential business allows us to keep our branches open. During this time we are taking steps to ensure we support the health and safety of our associates and customers while still providing exceptional service. The main thing that changes for us, due to the heightened concern in our area, is that we will be open for business but limiting any public traffic. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Please call my direct line at 916.742.7905 if you have any questions or before you come in to our office.

Hi all! Just a quick update, our office is still operating at full capacity and as of now, we have no plans to change that. There have been a lot of eamils about notaries and counties so let me tell you where we are at. California does not currently recognize e-notaries, so we are unable to do those. Signings will still have to take place in person. They can happen in my office, where we are sanitizing before and after every signing, using pens only once and then disposing (o...Continue reading
