Breathwork for Recovery

Folks, you know the deal. From the very beginning, Breathwork for Recovery has made The Recovery Circle available and accessible online. We took a week off last week, but are ready to rock and roll tonight. If any of you are looking for a breathwork-based recovery support group, this is for you. We define recovery broadly and anyone seeking recovery of any kind is welcome to join us. Mental illness, trauma, addiction, eating disorder, cutting, etc. You decide what recovery means to you. We're also waiving the suggested $5 donation for the time being. DM me for the zoom link.

So often accessing healing spaces can feel out of our price range. Tonight Jennifer Patterson is at HealHaus in Brooklyn offering donation-based The Recovery Circle. You don't have to be sober to attend, you just have to be interested and open to witnessing yourself and engaging in your own healing. There's more info at the link below and on my website.
