Athlete Alert! Congratulations to my Sister Carissa!!! Many of you have met her when she visits from Denver and attends Body Vibe Classes. She finished the Boston Marathon today in 3:07:23, at a pace of 7:08. The conditions were rainy, windy, and cold..and didn't slow her down one bit. An inspiration to us all. What an incredible way to start the new year. The weather has been beautiful, motivation high, and teamwork strong. For all of those out there that haven't been to class, we are waiting for you.

We are ON! See you all in class this morning! We all know how much we need a workout in right now. Lean Vibe will start right at 9:30am, so don't be late. I will be changing the format to keep you out of the grass, but have a kick butt class planned for you. See you at 9:30am at Kate Sessions. Be there, do it for yourself. Come on!!!!!!!!!!
