Sonoma County Student Film Festival 16.11.2020

Hey Filmmakers! Our official call for entries for SCSFF is open now, and it will close on March 6, 2020. We will announce who will be in this year’s festival on March 13, 2020. There is no fee for entering your film into the festival and all students of Sonoma County are welcome to submit their work. You may contact us at [email protected] for any inquiries about submission or the event. For more information about the Digital Filmmaking program and event, search "Digital Filmmaking" in the search bar on SRJC's website. https://youtu.be/ad03KMBsSHA The 12th annual Sonoma County Student Film Festival will be held in Carole L. Ellis Auditorium at the Santa Rosa Junior College’s Petaluma campus on Friday April 3, 2020. The Petaluma campus is located at 680 Sonoma Mountain Parkway Petaluma, California. The day of the event entails food, fun, and social engagements with local companies and the SRJC Digital filmmaking department. This year we will be implementing a $5 general admission fee to guests in order to support the Sonoma County Student Film Festival and the student filmmakers of Sonoma County. Directors and their accredited crew will be offered complimentary passes to the event. Director(s) and/or crew of the film submitted must attend. We will begin with a mixer beginning at 6 p.m.-7 p.m. that will include food and getting to know fellow filmmakers. We will begin to screen the films in Carole L. Ellis Auditorium at 7 p.m. The showing will last until about 8:30 followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers. We hope to see you at the event, and also hope to see your film submitted into the festival.
