COVID Business Info NEEDED: Siskiyou Training & Employment Program (STEP, Inc.) and the Siskiyou Economic Development Council (SEDC) needs input from Siskiyou county Employers and Businesses! ... Your business and employees are important to our local and state economy. Siskiyou Training & Employment Program (STEP, Inc.) and Siskiyou Economic Development Council (SEDC) are coordinating closely with the Northern California Training and Employment Consortium (NoRTEC) to identify business resources, assistance and relief programs. To help us advocate for resources, it is important that we identify and quantify the impact COVID-19 is having on your operations, how you are adapting and what aid or resources would be needed to ensure economic recovery. In collaboration with our partners, we have launched a COVID-19 Business Recovery Survey to gather this information. Please access the survey link below: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NZ25RJX COVID-19 BUSINESS RECOVERY SURVEY Take this survey powered by surveymonkey.com. Create your own surveys for free. www.surveymonkey.com This survey is intended to help us gather information related to the impact COVID-19 may have on our economy. The information will be reported on an aggregate level. Individual business information will not be shared without prior consent. The survey will be open until May 15, 2020. Thank you for helping us in the critical time! With this information, we can better advocate for programs and plan recovery for our local Siskiyou county businesses and the community.

County and State COVID 19 guidelines will offer us a new way of operating this year. Crafters and Food Vendors will be welcome. Food Vendors will need to have... a Temporary Food Event Permit for the season, issued by the Siskiyou County of Health. Crafters will need the Seller's Permit from the State of California. A few of the protocols will be that all Vendors must be 12ft apart, wear a mask & gloves, and have hand sanitizer at their booth. With the 12 ft distance between booths, it is going to require us to use the entire property. We will need to know well in advance of each market date which Vendors would like to participate on which date. Placement will be limited. We will be having two "Seedling Dates" (May 16th & 30th) Other vendors are invited with reserved placement. We will then break and reopen on June 13th and will run until the end of September. Please let me know how I might be of assistance. SJ See more
