Wonder why your front load washer will stop draining the water out? On Certain front load washers, the filter will get clogged with hair, floss, coins, rubber bands due to things that are left in pockets of jeans or jackets. Even washing dog or cat bedding will cause the hair to collect and build up around the filter. This will stop the water from draining properly and will cause issues if not cleaned out properly. The picture below shows exactly why we should do a cleaning... maintenance on certain front load washer machines every 2-3 years to keep your machine running well. Where are my Parts? I get asked this question everyday, all day long. I don’t mind letting customers know that Parts are not coming as quick as they used to. Covid has a lot to do with it. Either Parts are on back order with no ETA, or parts that are in stock, that are shipped by the manufactures, we can not rely on the tracking number for the delivery date. Lately we have been receiving packages that are damaged. These are just a few pictures.. We do apologize for not being able to give customers more of an eta on their parts being delivered, but believe me, we are doing the best we can and appreciate our customers’ patience.
