Yes! New Notary Journal Arrived to the front door today! Only a couple of pages left in my current journal. Now I can say yes to notary business when I get asked to do an assignment with out worry I may not have enough journal Lines to certify documents at any one signing. Cut it pretty close before I could order. Happy for the arrival of my new journal and this time with a privacy sleeve! Yes!!!!

One of my Notary Vendors sent me a great thank you message after closing out my assignment, drop completed. They increased my signing fee with an appreciation for going the extra mile with the client to complete a necessary task before scanning back documents and dropping the documents. They appreciated the diligence and helping the client in this way to ensure no delay for the close and working to be efficient for the success of the clients close on his documents. That reall...y meant a lot to me. I am so grateful. It means a lot for the Vendor to step out to acknowledge me that they appreciated my efforts to do the right thing for the client, and the title company and the vendor to meet every need required before shipping. Thank you's can be so touching and so meaningful. It helps a lot when the client is also willing to go the distance to meet that need, which helps me to go the extra for their success. The clients were super! I thank them, together we made it happen. I am truly grateful.

Another closing - Notary Signings accomplished following COVID - 19 requirements. In individuals garage this time, in large townhome underground garages. Other signings accomplished in backyards, on the side of the house, at a Hospital outside one client at one table and me at the other, and even have accomplished a curbside signing where the client was outside my car and signed on the roof of my car and I stayed in my car with a window only cracked a tiny bit. PPE on and my clients too. Purchases and refinances, Notary signings can not be stopped but COVID-19. We learn to do things better, more cautious of sanitizing clean tools, tables, and healthy practices for successful closings. Hustling to meet deadlines with shorter hours at shipping locations for UPS and FedEx.

Missed the March Explosion, however, my toner has arrived! Back in business. Accepted notary signing right away. I have a new assignment this afternoon, and one scheduled I am already prepared for. Good to be back in business, and notary signings pinging me and I can accept them to serve the Signers, Vendors and Title Companies. COVID-19 is not interrupting the notary business, it is exploding. We have to work in different conditions with rules and policies to protect each other, Mask, gloves, social distancing. Lysol, Sanitizers, Disinfectant Wipes.
