CRBA is hosting a virtual event in honor of Luis Céspedes being named Judicial Appointment Secretary in the Office of the Governor. A longtime pillar of the Sa...cramento legal community, Secretary Céspedes is a CRBA member and co-founder. In 1987, he also co-founded the Unity Bar. In 2018, the SCBA named him Distinguished Attorney of the Year.
