Today, I went to Santa Clarita Grocery and the volunteers once again amazed me with their willingness to go out early in the morning on a Saturday and help thos...e in SCV that are in need for fresh fruits and groceries. Throughout the morning, there were volunteers that were in the back organizing food, there were volunteers that were distributing food, and there were even volunteers that were making friendly conversation with the guests that came to Santa Clarita Grocery. All these volunteers and the entire organization as a whole are so inspiring with all the work they do. Thank you so much for all your dedication and support to the community. And thank you Bradley Grose for the fresh coconut! I will be cracking that open tomorrow.

Please meet Mahesha, our new partner and local SCV grower of veggies. We are so blessed to be the recipient of of her efforts, to continue giving the best groceries to our community. The cool thing is her growing garden was a project with her and daughter, in a 12 foot by 6 foot growing area. Thank you Mahesha and family! We’re stronger together.

Come join the Christmas spirit, see the reindeers, donkey at the manger, live band singing carols, and drop off a bag of canned food for Santa Clarita Grocery.

Tonight is the last night. Come see this great event, and bring a bag filled with canned meats, dried foods, pasta sauce, pasta, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, and Mac and cheese for Santa Clarita Grocery.
