TOMORROW! Friday June 19-Dance Medicine And Injury Prevention Workshop with Ms. Carol @carolguidry_ballet 3pm (Ages 11-Adult) *bring a massage ball, tennis ball or lacrosse ball to this workshop ... Chronic pain issues, minor injuries, or tightness and stiffness that aren’t relieved by stretching, can be caused by some muscles overworking while other muscles "turn off. Learn how to release and activate key muscles to increase flexibility and strength.

Don’t miss Ms. Carol’s @carolguidry_ballet POINTE SHOE PREP workshop tomorrow, Friday June 12th at 3pm PST. You will learn how to rubberize your pointe shoe tips so you can dance on slippery surfaces, and how to 3/4 cut your shanks so your shoes last longer and your arches look amazing! If you’d like to prep your shoes along with the video, here are the supplies you will need! 1 Can Performix Plasti Dip in Camo-TAN, 1 Package (any brand) #10 (5/8) steel carpet tacks, newspaper, masking tape, scissors, hammer, pliers, heavy duty shears or saw, pen or pencil This workshop is free for enrolled students and available as a drop in for $10.
