This morning we had a city-wide internet outage for Comcast customers that affected about one third of our students as well as a small number of teachers. The ...outage lasted until 10:30 am, which means it affected period 2 and part of period 4. * If your student missed period 2 and/or period 4 due to this outage, you do not need to call in to explain. We will automatically mark your student with an excused absence due to tech issues. * If your student tried to attend a class, but the teacher wasn’t there due to the teacher not having internet, you do not have to do anything. Your teacher will explain the next steps to the affected classes, but an absence will not be marked on your student’s account. See more

Great news! Congratulatory yard signs are going to be delivered to the homes of all our graduates on Saturday, May 23. The deliveries will be made by SCHS Staff. Thanks to Santa Clara Schools Foundation for this generous gift. All graduates district-wide will get a sign, and the signs will be personalized to each school.
