USA Bowls - California and Steve Dowd El Presidenti of Santa Anita Bowls Club putting his best foot forward and running a seamless tournament along with Jim Ols...on. As Steve outlines the South West Division runs the 2nd biggest bowls event and a surefire favourite as location is spot-on and weather for sure. All had a great time and we look forward to next year with the USA Bowls Opens along the way, especially Sarasota, Florida this autumn. Great job Steve and thanks from all to all for a fabulous tournament.
