SEF believes that every person in San Gabriel has the right to enjoy health and wellness and as such we place great value in the mental, physical and social health of our community. During the 2020/21 academic year, we are proud to have provided free parent education workshops, student enrichment programming and family events all in accordance with our very own health and wellness initiatives. She designed a full body workout perfect for letting loose, toning up and letting out stress.
