Last year when we passed the Racial Justice Act, we vowed to come back to make the bill retroactive. We are excited to co-sponsor and honor Dr. King’s legacy today with #RJA4All to extend equal justice under the law for ALL Black & Brown people impacted by racism in the courts. Passing the Racial Justice Act in 2020 was a HUGE step forward, but our work is not done. ... Join us as we make history again with the Racial Justice Act for All #RJA4All this year, and extend #CivilRights in the courtroom for everyone. #AB256 #ConfrontRacism

CURB and its members, allies, and friends are so proud to be in this work together. THANK YOU for standing with us. Together, we made a difference in 2020. This has been an immeasurably difficult year for all of us. It was also a year filled with joy and love; hope and sacrifice; and power built in communities fighting for change.... With less than 24 hours left, we are almost across the finish line of our holiday fundraiser--only $500 away from a RECORD-BREAKING fundraising drive. Thank you all so much for supporting CURB’s growth in 2020. To support CURB’s work, visit bit.ly/curbdonation OR Text CURB to 707070 to make your donation.
