Mike Fox Joins Power Surge Mike Fox one of the top coaches in SoCal has joined Power Surge the Organization bringing along his talented team with him. Having Mike Fox is a big feather in the cap for Power Surge. He is one of the most respected successful coaches in the area. Mike's daughter Kristie is the head softball coach at D-1 UNLV a two time National Champion and an All-American and his daughter Kelly was a two time All-American and was the 2015 Softball Player Of The... Year. We are happy to have Mike join us at Power Surge

POWER SURGE MUJICA 09 12U CHAMPIONS IN TUCSON, ARIZONA Wow! Our first year Power Surge 12 & Under team of all 11 year olds traveled all the way to Tucson, Arizona, and is coming home the Champions of the Tucson tournament. You 11 year olds are not supposed to beat all those older teams, even one 14u team that played down.

Power Surge the Organization Comes Out of Tryouts With a Healthy 20 Teams Our Power Surge tryouts recently were so successful we decided to add some teams to take care of the demand to play at Power Surge. Power Surge has added 6 new teams some at our main location Power Surge's Hickman 4-Field San Diego Complex and some to ourTemecula Linfield Christian Power Surge Complex. Power Surge is also in the process of adding some teams in Orange County. It is a healthy time for Power Surge for sure.

Power Surge weekend tryouts draws over 150 participants. Pretty amazing considering the times and having to sign up due to Covid precautions on number of players on a field. But it was an awesome Saturday of tryouts for Power Surge! Power Surge is up to 20 teams adding 4 new team. And added some great new coaches. It is a healthy Power Surge.

Great zoom meeting yesterday with some of our Power Surge pitchers and Taryne Mowat former All-American and the current University of Arizona Pitching Coach. We hope we can send some pitchers to the U of A.

Power Surge Walling/Perez are excited to announce Cheyenne Smith as a head coach for powersurge Walling/Perez 16u premier team. Coach Cheyenne brings incredible energy and experience to our 16u premier team. She’s the assistant coach at the University of the Southwest in New Mexico. She will also be assisting in training and practice of our 18u premier team.

Power Surge The Organization is adding 4 new teams for the upcoming 2020 Fall season and beyond. We are adding two 10u teams one based out of Santee and the other out Pennisula/Bonita Valley. They are advertising for players from all over San Diego to join them at tryouts August 8-9. Also adding is a 16u team and a combination 14u team of 06 and 07 birthdays. ... Two more Power Surge teams receive PGF Nationals berths. 18u Walling and 14u Aguirre both to Platinum. That gives Power Surge 5 berths to PGF Nationals. Not many organizations can say that they have that many berths. Nice

After three long softball-less months the County of San Diego has approved the starting up of practices, no games, in San Diego. We at Power Surge will finally be back on our Hickman fields. We have keep them in great shape and they are ready. Not sure what the rest of summer holds but at least we can play some softball.

Analesse 'Peanut' Garcia was just honored by being selected the 6th best 2025 player.in the country. Peanut certainly deserved the lofty rating dominating the 12u division last year as a young 11 year old. She paced her Power Surge team to a 2nd place finished at PGF Nationals making the PGF All-Tournament team

Power Surge happily Announces two College Signings-Nina Gamez 2021 middle infielder/utility and Sammy Casillas 2021 catcher An amazing weekend for Power Surge! We are proud to announce that Nina Gamez 2021 middle infielder/utility and Sammy Casillas 2021 catcher Just verbally committed to the Dominican university to play for Coach Lukas and play in the Chicago bandits professional softball stadium. The Dominican is a great Catholic school just outside the city of Chicago with... great academics and athletics. These two cousins came to Power Surge in September.They both have great attitude and work ethic. They were first seen by Coach Lucas playing for PowerSurge in the Las Vegas Usa Preps showcase. All of the PowerSurge coaches who have coached these two young ladies will tell you how great it is to coach them. Go Dominican Star
