Going to start up some live Body weight workouts every morning. Join me on live video this morning. Use the video and workouts if you like and whatever works for your schedule. Workouts are for connecting our bodies and minds! What better way to do it than using our own body weight! Training is great for all ages!!

What an unbelievable game and unbelievable finish! Our boys kept fighting despite mistakes and challenges. I couldn’t be more proud of the character they displayed. Honored to be a part of these young men’s journey! #Champions!!

Super Proud of Our 2024 Team. We didn’t have the outcome we were looking for but it is so important to let our young men be exposed to Elite Events like Perfect Game Fall National Tournaments! They fought every game and competed against National Teams. Future is very bright for these young Men!!
