Reminder that all classes on Tuesday Nov 20th and Wednesday Nov 21st will occur as scheduled No classes on Thanksgiving so come by between 8am to noon for our annual Turkey Roll to get some jiu jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and fun in. Bring the kids and work up your appetite! Friday at 5pm we will begin Friday wrestling for Jr Spartans who are competing.

Hey all, Jason here. Two things: First, we're scrapping the "farewell open mat followed by drinks" plan for this Saturday afternoon. Instead, we're going to go out after NEXT Thursday's night bjj class (8/2/18). We'll likely go to the Junction. This will be the last class Shelly and I will likely be able to go to before moving to Colorado. Also, some of us are doing a jet boat ride THIS Sunday (7/29/18) down at the harbor.
