Good morning . Many of y’all locals have asked when is the next time we may be in the city vending. Due to Covid we haven’t been vending this year and thank y...ou all for your continued support. However, for all you local folks in SD County, here’s an opportunity to save on some shipping and get some immune boosting medicines, herbal infused goat milk soaps, and self care goodness made with lots of love and plant medicine to support you and your loved ones through the change of seasons . PachaMamas Pop Up, from 2pm to 6pm @thesourceholisticspace . . We also will be collecting items for the Holiday Drive & Covid relief for Native communities in Baja organized by some of our Kumeyaay relatives. The intention is to make it easy for folks in central SD to contribute, that may not be able to make it out to Sycuan/East County for drop offs. The first 12 folks that come through with donations/gifts will receive a special gift created with love by us, to honor your spiritual well being.. Please see second flier for supplies and request of gifts for the Holiday drive. Wear your mask and respect social distancing please and thank you! We will do the same because we care about you. . If you are a low risk pregnant or postpartum person seeking prenatal care (including one time visits/labs, out of hospital birthing options, or postpartum care- please reach out so that you can get the care you need. Many Homebirth Midwives offer this care in your home or in an out of hospital office. Email Rootedwomb@gmail to schedule a visit or with help finding a provider.

Please: if you know anyone at all that is currently pregnant and due to deliver within the next 2-3 months, please encourage them to reach out to their local ho...mebirth midwife. Local hospitals are already changing their protocols regarding attendants at a birth and their resources will be stretched and potentially redirected. Homebirth is a safe, reasonable and viable option for healthy, low-risk, singleton pregnancies. See more

Begins February 25 and will be every Tuesday from 7-830p until April 7 Intended for any & all types of birth, this series will encourage pause & connection with yourself, this baby & your peers.... . Each class will give you tools to dig deep & empower yourself. You may expect to practice yoga, breathing & pain-coping techniques along with writing, making art, listening & sharing. Class ends with snacks & tea. . Content is inspired by Birthing From Within, a curricula based on intuitive wisdom. By recognizing your innate power, preparation focuses on unearthing the strengths you have & building from there. . If you're able, please bring a journal, writing utensil, water, mug & yoga mat.
