Did you catch Library Shop's first Pride Storytime at the College - Rolando Library with Sienna? It was one of our first in-person events of the season! If you're bummed you couldn't make it during the week, don't despairwe've got even more Pride Storytimes along the way! This weekend is a two-fer. At 11 a.m., head over to Logan Heights Library to catch a bilingual storytime featuring Raquel Ita and Barbie Q! Or, if you find yourself by Kensington-Normal Heights Library, you'll catch a different storytime featuring Beans! All these events are free and fun for the whole family. Take a look at juggling extraordinaire Michael Rayner brokenjuggler, the super popular magician Arty Loon, master storyteller Rebecca Martin and even join a livestreamed concert on the SDPL Virtual Hub with Hullabaloo! If we do, they'll donate $10,000 towards additional youth programming!

We will look for Bear, sing a counting song about cookies in a bakery shop, and laugh along with Hare as Bear tries to fish. Getting them familiar and comfortable with books at a young age is a great way to get them to move reading when they are older.
