What an eventful Monday SPICA had! Some members came out to the screening of Mele Murals and also got to speak with director, Tad Nakamura. Later, we were blessed with a couple of guests! Aunty Sam and Aunty Sharna taught us how to make Hilo style and Kui leis!

Our Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander mixer with Asian Pacific American Resource Center (APARC), Ocapica (Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance), Empowering Pacific Islander Communities, and CSUF Student Veterans Association was a success! Thank you to everyone that came out! It was a great opportunity to see our community come together and brainstorm ways to help each other out. Much love and mahalo!
