ABA Tournament at Lower Otay this Saturday 1/9/2021 You should arrive at the lake by 5AM. Gates will open about 5:30 Tournament will begin at Safe Light Weigh In will be at approximately 3:00PM... Registration: https://americanbass.com/images/forms/3_registration.pdf Membership: https://americanbass.com/images/forms/form_membership.pdf Registration: We will request and strongly encourage registration to be made electronically by calling the main office at 714-423-4532. At the tournament site, we will only allow 1 team (two anglers) to register/check-in at a time. Any teams not actively registering will be required to keep a minimum distance of 20 feet from the registration table and 20 feet from other competitors. There will be no gathering of anglers for any reason prior to the start of the event. *Please have forms filled out if you are signing up at the lake Weigh-in: There will be a drive through weigh in. We will only allow one angler from each team to approach the scale. The angler will place the bag of fish in the holding tank and step back. The weigh-master will approach and take possession of the fish to record the weight. The director will place the fish back in the bag and step back. The angler will approach and take possession on the fish and return and release the fish back to the lake. That team will be released to leave the tournament site. They may leave the lake or they may park and prep their boat for travel. They must stay in the direct vicinity of their boat. There shall be no assembly of anglers of any kind after the weigh-in. Awards: There will be no awards ceremony. Results will be posted electronically. Awards will be mailed. There will be no assembly of anglers of any kind after the tournament.
