Curbside Pet Food Pantry this Saturday, February 6th, with the Simi Valley Animal Shelter located at 670 E. Los Angeles Avenue, Simi Valley, 93065 The shelter is still closed, and this is a drive up event only. Please only attend if you are in need financially and can’t afford pet food.

At the start of 2020, none of us could have imagined we would be faced with a global pandemic that would so drastically change our lives. Our community like many others was faced with loss, grief, and uncertainty as we learned to navigate the new normal a pandemic brings. We have been amazed at the community support, volunteers, and outpouring love for our clients and staff. It is uplifting that in this time of need we have been blessed with abundance. As the needs have incr...eased in our community, so has the generosity. This has enabled us to continue to meet all of our client needs at the Samaritan Center. From donation drives, financial donations, to volunteering, we cannot thank you enough for the selflessness you’ve shown over the year. Every donation and every minute of your time, is a blessing and helps us achieve our mission: To meet people exactly where they are, to become self-supportive and independent again. Although we are not a drop-off location this year, we have partnered with ACTION VC Simi Valley to share the 17th Annual Community Christmas Shoppe event!! ACTION VC provides gifts and food to local families that would otherwise go without this holiday season.
