Tuesday, February 2, is the Presentation of Christ in the Temple, also called the Purification of Saint Mary the Virgin. This important feast day is also commonly called Candlemas...after the custom of blessing candles used at the High Altar throughout the year. The Mass will be streamed on Facebook at 11:00 AM PST tomorrow and will include the Blessing of Candles. Wednesday - October 21, 2020 - Morning Prayer

CALL Primrose in Burlingame is our primary outreach. They distribute food to needy individuals and families. Due to COVID-19, CALL is not accepting food donations for the remainder of 2020. If you would like to make a financial contribution toward their work, please make your check out to Saint Joseph Parish and mark CALL in the memo block. Please mail your check to the Parish or drop it in the Offering Box by Sunday, November 8, 2020. The Parish will write a check to CALL for the aggregate amount received. It is especially important as Thanksgiving and Christmas approach we reach out to those who otherwise might not have food on the table.

Cans for God...We are resuming our aluminum can and plastic bottle (no glass bottles) recycling program effective Sunday, October 25, 2020. You may bring your aluminum cans and plastic bottles to the Parish and we will recycle them through a location center in San Mateo. The proceeds from the recycling are used where needed in the Parish.
