We are looking for a responsible Maintenance Technician with a great attitude to join our team. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations, including cleaning of grounds, work orders and turning of units. This person will support our apartment communities in the Portland area. The perfect candidate will have maintenance experience, good customer service, pro-active with a great attitude and can work in a fast-paced environment in a team. Th...e perfect candidate will also include: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training certifications are a plus. Experience: At least one year of basic maintenance knowledge and experience required. Experience in property management or hotel facilities preferred, but not required.
