And I figured in Chinese medicine they have known this all along using the Zi Wu clock (picture 4).... The period between 7am and 11am is the time of the Earth , the Stomach (7am to 9am) and Spleen (9am to 11am). It is also the Yang within Yang of the day. Yang is active, warm, outward. The Earth is all about nourishment. So here are some suggestions for what you can do during that 4 hour period to honour that time. Because frankly the first hour is taken up with getting children ready for their day...so absolutely zero chance of me completing anything before 8am at the VERY earliest.
