Over the weekend an African-American Pastor and friend of my called me asking my opinion on the protest, rioting and looting going on in this country and around the world. I also saw divisive conversations between friends and family members. I feel it is important for everyone to understand exactly where I am on today's situation. Plan for Success, Live with Respect and Make an Impact Every Day! It is so important right now to Live With Respect!! Get to know the people you meet, find out their name and enjoy their company. I don’t care if they look like you, talk like you or live like you. Everyone deserves Respect. When we lose Respect for others, we have what is happening now. Mr. Floyd should have been given the Respect every human being on this planet deserves. He did not deserve to die. The property owners who are being vandalized deserve the Respect they give to their patrons. Their properties should not be destroyed. The police deserve Respect for doing a job most of us do not want to do. They must give Respect back to those they encounter every day. If we all lived with Respect for each other, how great would life be!! Bob
