RushFam, we gave it our best shot. At this point in time we have made the tough decision to remain closed through July in hopes of reopening in the month of August. We appreciate all the enthusiasm and truly cannot wait to welcome you back as soon as we’re able.

Guys we had the pleasure of celebrating this incredible human over the weekend! Mirian, joined Rush on March 6th, 2019 and yesterday we celebrated her 200th RIDE - Yes, in 4 months! We sat down with Mirian and wanted to share some of her story with you: Hello there and thanks again for the thoughtfulness this morning, I can't believe I got teary! Haha! What made you book your first ride at Rush - Time for excuses was up, I needed to focus on myself and start somewhere! ...What’s your favorite move on the bike - Good music and four corners lighten up the work, getting a little dance in is always fun. When you’re not at Rush, what’s your favorite thing to do - I enjoy cooking and going to the movies. What keeps you coming back to Rush - Rush has been a blessing these past few months. I've met amazing people who both motivate and challenge me, I expected a good work out but I didn't expect it to be this gratifying. Mirian, I think it goes without saying, we are so incredibly grateful to have you as part of our community, from your secret hiding spot where you leave your keys, to YOUR bike, and your beautiful shining smile. Today she celebrated her 100th ride and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as part of our community. Lynda is a Founding Member who joined us back in October, before we even opened our doors! She’s a mom to two spunky boys who keep her on her toes when she’s off the bike. Lynda has shared her Rush experience with countless friends, and is an integral part of our growing community. As you may know, our Studio Manager, Ali and family rescued their pup Champ from Family Dog Rescue earlier this year. In honor of National Dog Rescue Day (5/20/19) we're raising money to support this amazing organization. From private gyms in NYC to a room full of riders, one thing stands strong in it, resilience - The power of your thoughts and the control your mind has over your life. Born and raised in SF Colleen moved to NY with a dream in her heart only to return with her true passion. Fueled by her love for helping people she found her way to the fitness industry in 2009. Certified as a personal tr...ainer she went on a whim and got her certification to teach spin (though she had never taken a class). Loving the freedom you feel in a dark room when no one is watching, she knew she had found her match. After 6 years at various locations, Colleen found her new home at Rush which has been the greatest gift (after the birth of her daughter, of course). Colleen offers a safe space to challenge yourself to get stronger by demand and also quiet your thoughts. You can sing along to her playlist or lose yourself in a gear you chose.
