On Memorial Day, let us remember those we have lost to war, renew our commitment to the veterans and military families living in our communities, and work together to build an American future worthy of the great sacrifices that have been made on our behalf.

In honor of Memorial Day, I have updated my "cover photo" to a picture of him while he was in Germany during World War II. Words cannot express how proud I am of my father.

This weekend reminds me of the heavy price paid by too many men and women. My Father, and personal hero, put on a uniform and traveled across the Atlantic Ocean to make this world a better place.

I really appreciate the multi-lingual callers helping me reach the voters in AD 57. I love our diverse community.
