Every day we train, we are training ourselves to overcome challenges. Whether it’s physical or mental. It is more than the weight we lift, or the distance we run. It is everything in between, it is our why. We all have our cookie jars, and our cookie jars are filled with whys that we pull from whenever we are faced with a challenge. Many of which will carry us about as far as grandma’s shortbread cookies. I invite you to add something real to that cookie jar. Something that ...you can look back on and feel pride, pride that you are capable of much more than you think. On March 5th at 8 P.M. 2021 we will be participating in the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge. Running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. This challenge is open to all. If you cannot run, you may choose another exercise to perform in place of the run for 45-60 minutes. Biking, or even walking are acceptable. All proceeds go to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation We will face the struggle as a community, the crossfit way. - Coach Josh Heath

Today is the last day of Kid’s Camp! We are going to miss these kiddos!!! We have truly enjoyed being your coaches and 2020 gym/PE teachers! We are proud of each kid who showed up to smile and work hard! These may be weird times and it might have felt stressful at moments, but each time class began they got to just be kids!
Last week of Kids Camp! We’ve had so much fun with these two groups! The kids of our community brought a lot of energy and laughter to the gym every Wednesday and Friday. We will have another 8 week session of Kids Camp after the New Year! Stay tuned for more information and sign ups. For now, we are looking forward to these last few days! (Classes are the regular schedule!)
