Why is it important to have a PM contract for your gates? Gates, fencing and access control systems are among some of the most costly elements that a community is responsible for. As many Managers are already aware, Preventative Maintenance is crucial to the structural components of the community. A Preventative Maintenance Contract for a gate system can be completed monthly, quarterly or even on a semi-annual basis. Due to OSHA requirements and safety device testing, R&S ...recommends Preventative Maintenance on a monthly basis. This limits the liability to our clients and the communities that they manage. Our technicians will visit the property and complete a checklist of items based on your specific gate system. Without a consistent service to these gate systems and monitored safety devices, failures can occur which could lead to frustration and/or safety hazards to the surrounding community members.
