Good to be back riding again! My happy place, my peace, my connection, breathing in clean air, listening to the sound of hooves in the snow, the excitement running from horse to human. To experience the feeling of freedom and connection at the same time, is hard to explain, hard to find words. Just permagrin for us all! #horses #ridinghorses #backinthesaddle #getoutside #ilovehorses #horsemassage #equinemassage

Separating individual well-being from the health of the whole, such a grave error. This is true for not only plants but animals and humans as well. We are all connected. When the land is cared for, the plants and trees produce more fruit and nuts. The animals bellies are full and have more babies. Predators bellies are more full so they have more babies. And so on and so and so on. Don’t you see? Can’t you feel the earth crying out for healing? We are the stewards of the land and animals. We are responsible for lack or abundance. Are you coming from a place of lack? Or abundance? Ask yourself, What can I do to help? #landsteward #abundance #braidingsweetgrass #councilofpecans #weareallone

Self care day! What do you do for self care? How do you nourish yourself? Sauna, hot bath, yoga, meditation, eating nourishing foods, walking in Nature. So many good ways! #nourishyourself #selfcare #selfcaretips #sauna #saunalife #healthylifestyle

On this day in 2019 at 6:30 am, this beautiful soul, my momma took her last breath and passed through the veil into the next world. I miss you everyday. You were the glue that kept us together. The rock that kept us grounded. The cheerleader that was always there. The baker that let us stir and lick the bowl. The gardener that brought beauty to our world. The chef that fed the neighbors. The actress that made our costumes. The singer that gave us our voices. Thank you for gracing this world with your selfless presence. May you be at peace. May you be full of joy. May you be happy. May you be free of suffering. Aho @ Denver, Colorado
