COVID PREVENTION? I am no medical expert by any stretch. I am just passing on a personal testimony of something that has worked remarkably well for me and my wife. Frankly, I have been somewhat remiss in not sharing the following possible virus (Covid-19) prevention method sooner. Before I go any further, allow me to assure you, I am not trying to sell anything to you or get you to join a multilevel/network marketing scheme. Two years ago, this month (January 2019) I was si...ck. In fact, between December 2018 and January 2019 I was sick most of the time, either with flu or cold symptoms. By the end of January, I was fed up and decided to do some research to come up with anything that could build up my immune system. That is when I stumbled upon Echinacea. Our Creator, in His infinite wisdom, created natural remedies on this earth for our health and well-being. The Echinacea flower falls into this category. Not only is it a beautiful flower, but it is also highly effective as a remedy, potentially effective in treating or preventing a host of maladies. I read extensively about this flower and was convinced of its potential to greatly enhance my immune system in addition to other benefits. So here is the proof, at least with regards to my wife and me. We began drinking Echinacea tea in February of 2019. I personally drink at least two and usually three cups a day. My wife only drinks one a day and not consistently. Nonetheless, neither of us have had a single cold or flu symptoms PERIOD since February of 2019. We did not change any other habits. That was it. I am a firm believer that this plant from our Creator has given our immune system a significant boost and as a result, I believe the likelihood of either of us contracting Covid19 is slim to none. And by the way, another one of the benefits this plant reportedly helps is inflammation in the joints. This is something I suffered terribly with until about three months after starting to drink the tea. I awoke one day and suddenly realized, the aches and pain in my knees, shoulder and elbow was gone. All to say, I am a firm believer in the enormous benefits of Echinacea.
