25 people ordered vegetarian catering. We made creamy vegetable lasagna with crumbs on top to keep the thanksgiving spirit

People came down to the food truck in waves of 50. We had some meals ready to go and prepared more as the people came. Funny that the 1st wave most people wante...d turkey, so by the time the second wave came we had 15 turkeys ready to go but everyone asked for ham. Just another proof of Murphy's law. The host paid for the catering, each guest showed up with a blue ticket and told us what they wanted. See more
