The Fair Chance Act for Job Applicants This webinar is for individuals with a criminal record who are looking for a job or promotion, or anyone who is wondering how criminal history will impact a future job search. Attendees will learn how the Fair Chance Act limits employers’ use of criminal records in hiring decisions, the required steps of the Fair Chance Act Process, and how job applicants can navigate this process to give themselves the best opportunity to obtain empl...oyment. Court Relief for Criminal Records This training is for anyone who wants to learn how to reduce the impact of criminal convictions, both those who are ready to apply and those who may not be eligible yet but want to start working to meet the requirements. They will also be provided resources in their area that can be helpful in their rehabilitative journey.
